The Rotary Club of Bullhead City a non-profit organization, and one of many in the worldwide organization of Rotary. Rotarians provide humanitarian service and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International is committed to creating lasting change all over the world. Recent projects include polio vaccinations in India, funding a new health complex in Tanzania, and providing safe drinking water and sanitation facilities in developing nations.
The Rotary Club of Bullhead City works year-round to improve the quality of life for residents of Mohave County, Arizona. In recent years, this has been in the form of the creation of Rotary Park and addition of its soccer fields, scholarships for graduating seniors, a $20,000 donation for the purchase of the Desert Stage, and sending local students to leadership conferences.
The Rotary Club of Bullhead City also sponsors and assists members of Interact (for students up to grade 12) and Rotaract (for ages 18-30) in their endeavors to develop their leadership skills and to better their community.
Future projects include improvements to the football and softball fields at Rotary Park.
